Tetabox respects the intellectual property rights of others and requires that users of our services comply with the laws of copyright. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, Terabox will respond to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Terabox service and/or the Terabox website if such claims are reported to in the sample notice below. You may also submit notice to us If your personal right is infringed.

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to Terabox. Upon receipt of Notice as described below, Terabox will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the Site.

DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement (“Notice”)

4.a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;

5.following statements in the Notice

• a statement that the complaining party has “a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law”;
• a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
